Jenna Lyons, Creative Director at J.Crew. Under her leadership J.Crew rose from the dowdy ashes and was transformed into what it is today.
Her personal sense of style is a huge part of why J. Crew is now so successful, having a total image overhaul under her instruction. She has a somewhat androgynous look, with a New Yorker twist, and she certainly isn't afraid to clash patterns and colours.
